Project Description: Assignment began in 2017 and included an extensive design charet and site programing exercise as land was being acquired along HWY 192. Having leased the center across form Water Star, Rolling Oaks, I had knowledge of retail and restaurant sales and demand in market. The project was challenging in that many of the specialty shops and entertainment anchors were precluded due to their presence at Disney Springs. The team worked through many iterations of site plans, mix of uses, prof forma and landed on a blend of a traditional power center with a multifamily component. Anchors were identified, procured and brought to lease. The project was interrupted by COVID-19
